Its fall harvest in my moms garden. so lots of leafy greens are thriving. made a salad yesterday of young cabbage, spinach, and broccoli leaves. topped with other seasonal vegetables, vine ripened tomato, avacado, spicy red onion, and chilled tofu.
For a dressing i combined olive oil and balsammic vinegrette with fresh squeezed lemon juice, salt&pepper, and fresh basil leaves.
